At times liposuction patients are unable to drink milk; in such cases in order to intake sufficient amount of calcium in your diet you must have calcium and protein rich foods such as cottage cheese and dry milk. Intake of enough protein is a must for lap band patients and so make sure you consume foods rich in low-fat protein like pulses, fish, skinless poultry, eggs etc. Drink around 6-8 glasses of water everyday.
