Buying Funny T Shirts During School
The great school that I attend is planning on blocking certain sites from the school computers. They do not understand that we are grown ups and can make our own decisions on what to look at, and what not to. I was caught on a funny t shirts site not too long ago and was told to write a one page essay on why shopping during school hours was important.
I wrote the essay about how I do not have internet at home, and therefore look for cheap t shirts to order at school. It helps my mother save money on the cheap t shirts and she does not have to pay for the internet either. Since she is a taxpayer and the taxpayer’s money goes to pay for the web access at the school, I believe that I have the right to shop using it.
My mother found the essay about the funny t shirts site and yelled at me for hours. She told me that I was to be doing something constructive during the time I was in school and not doing any shopping. She then called the school to let them know if I was caught trying to buy cheap t shirts online again, to let her know and she would take care of it.
